My mom’s recipe for Orange Kiss me cake
2 cups Pillsbury all purpose flour
1 orange
1 cup raisins
½ cup walnuts
1 cup sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 cup milk
½ cup shortening
2 eggs

Evenly grease and flour 13 x 9 pan. Squeeze orange reserve 1/3 cup juice. Grind orange peel pulp, raisins and nuts together. Blend rest of mix and beat for 3 minutes. Stir in raisin mixture. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes. Topping-drizzle reserved juice over warm cake with 1/3 cup sugar, 1 tsp. cinnamon, 1/4 cup chopped walnuts over cake and garnish with orange slices.
