So sad, we ordered items from KITCHEN KRAFT that cost less than $7.00, and opted via their software for a three day express at a cost of nearly $7.00 (the same as the order itself!), but they shipped it ground (10-12 day delivery). Guess who will never order from them again? I received no apology, no explanation beyond their insistence I did not request 3 day (really, so it cost $7.00 to ship cupcake liners weighing less than a pound by carrier pigeon?)

This really pisses me off, and I do not forgive this crap. Ever. It is no different than a bait and switch attack knowing that we have no recourse to challenge an electronic transaction. If you ever think to order from them, you might want to think again. In my opinion, their service is second rate.
