We hear alot about a certain cupcake place in South Tampa…I won’t metnion by name but it rhymes with HeeHee’s..that they really use a ton of frosting. Why? I always thought that if you use too much hot sauce and chili pepper in your cooking it is to cover up bad cooking. Well, if you lose the cupcake in a mound of frosting, are you maybe covering up for a bad cupcake? Are you buying a cupcake or a support system for frosting? Frosting should only be  a PART of the experience!
